Great townhome! Plenty of space, very clean. Full kitchen! Perfect for our family. Really nice to have laundry, multiple bathrooms and access to some wonderful gear in the garage. We were able to use beach chairs and boogie boards from the property

No complaints about the townhome itself. Waikoloa was not our favorite location to stay. We found that we wanted to spend most of our time closer to Kona. The facility overall was great, pretty quiet and very nice.

There was plenty of space for our family. The condo was very clean and nice. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and other things in the garage for our use which was really helpful. The porch was nice for morning coffee and just hanging out. The vibe in the complex was relaxed and family friendly. The description of the property was accurate and don't be "scared away" thinking this is only for golfers. There just happens to be a course nearby. Waikoloa village in general is a resort feel in which everything was very convenient (restaurants, a few beaches, market for groceries, shopping).

The pool was a little cold (but we were there in early January), but the pool area was very nice and there were multiple gas grills available for use.
