Villa Grace is modern, newly built villa in Makarska, with heated infinity pool, breathtaking sea views of Brac and Hvar islands and Makarska town. This semi detached villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, has 200 square meters with additional 120 square meters of landscape, and can accommodate up to 8 persons.
The main floor includes a large open plan fully furnished and equipped kitchen large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and a spacious dining and living room. At this level there are two outdoor areas.
The main outdoor area is the walkout terrace from the living dining room, leading to a stunning infinity pool, with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. Second outdoor area with BBQ facilities and dining area is accessible from the kitchen.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two rooms have terraces which overlook the stunning Adriatic below, whereas the third bedroom has beautiful view of the majestic Mount Biokovo. All rooms feature queen size beds.
Internal staircase leads to the top floor, where there is an open roof terrace with sea views.
At the top there is an outdoor kitchenette, bathroom and 4th bedroom study room with pull out sofa, and a huge terrace.
The villa also has a large private driveway where up to 3 cars can comfortably park.
