An unforgettable stay for families and groups of friends!
The House of Laceiras is an old farmhouse carefully transformed into a leisure area where they were created unique conditions to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in Sandim, in the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia, and 20 minutes from Porto.
The House of Laceiras has a garden of 1000m2 with swimming pool and several recreational areas (regional wine cellar, library, regional cuisine, barbecue area and play area for children).
It is a cottage traditional rural architecture, where good taste and comfort coexist in harmony with tradition.
Wide, comfortable and cozy, has a living room and dining room with fireplace, a large lounge, three suites with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 2 cots, 3 social bathroom and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, electric kettle and all utensils for cooking and serving a meal.
Despite only having rooms for 8 people, you can accommodate more guests, once the home also has a sofa bed and two somies.
The house is also equipped with bed linen (sheets and duvets), bath towels and hands, hair dryer, cable TV, free wireless internet.
On the use of the pool:
The House of Laceiras has a swimming pool available to guests. We ask adults to please pay special attention to children!
Porto Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 30 km.
Casa dos Laceiras is just 10 km from the fabulous beaches of Espinho and Gaia. The 20 minutes can visit the city of Oporto, considered the European tourist destination of the year.
Other sights not to be missed:
- Espinho - Surf destination (15 km);
- Santa Maria da Feira - Medieval Fair (15 km);
- Aveiro (66 km);
- Braga (70 km);
- Guimarães - Cultural Heritage (70 km);

Large property in the small town of Sandim. It's very quiet here great place to relax.
The host is super responsive and very nice to talk to.
We would definitely stay here again.

An amazing place, beautifully kept. The owners were so kind that makes you feel part of the family. I had my wedding party there, I wanted a romantic, simple and family vibe, and I got exaxcly what I dreamed. Will keep this amazing weekend in my heart. All guest want to do a gather family and friends again, next summer! Everyone loved the place! Many thanks to the owners!
