Our front house is a three-story marvel of 2,002 sq. ft. that comfortably sleeps 10. As you step inside, be greeted by a tapestry of colors, thoughtfully and professionally orchestrated to pander to your every comfort. The sprawling living space boasts a large smart TV – perfect for both work-from-home sessions and laid-back movie nights. A sleeper sofa, complete with extra linens, offers additional cozy quarters. For the chefs in your group, the expansive kitchen, accentuated with a stunning island and a spacious dining area overlooking the private pool, awaits culinary adventures. This is such a great set up for a group. We came in for my daughter's wedding on Labor Day weekend. It was incredibly hot! Thankfully, these 2 houses became our refuge from the wedding drama. We were able to sit in the back yard under beautiful large pecan trees and play in the pool. The shade was perfect! The artificial turf made it incredibly easy on the toddlers. The Main house was large and equipped with appliances that made it easy to hire a chef (Austin Artisan) and feed my crew without a problem.
The Main house has a large entertaining area with a half bath down stairs. The second floor has a primary suite with a king bed and large attached bathroom, Two queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and washer and dryer in the hall. The 3rd floor has a large king bedroom with bathroom and their own a/c unit. This room has skylights that will not let you sleep in, so I left some blue tape to foil them. There's a tiny loft bed that fits a child, in the stair well up to the 2nd floor. It's super cute.
The second, back house, is two stories, with a large living and kitchen area and a tiny bathroom with shower. Going up to the 2nd floor is a King bedroom with a bunk room, divided by black curtains. This room worked perfectly for my son, daughter-in-law and their 2 children. Their 2yr old slept in the bunk while their 6 month old slept in the port-crib, provided by the house. Then there is a second bedroom with a queen bed. These 2 rooms are separated by a shared bathroom.

This house was absolutely perfect for our group and the location could not be beat! It was decorated 100% perfectly and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I could not say better things about this property.
