About this apartment rental
In a secure residence "LA ROSERAIE" in a quiet area, magnificent 3* loft, 51 m2 with attractive and colorful decoration.
Very spacious, comfortable and bright, all the spaces are well defined:
The dining area (table and 4 chairs, buffet)
The living room area with free wifi, fiber and 110 cm TV.
The kitchenette area is fully equipped (hob, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, everything you need for a kitchen).
The bedroom area with a 140 cm bed, top-of-the-range mattress, duvet, comforter, plaids, dressing room, possibility to rent sheets and towels
The workspace with large desk, high-performance wifi/fiber
The bathroom, storage, hairdryer,
The separate toilet – washing machine
Sleeps 2 people comfortably seated
Electricity costs to be paid by the tenant (meter reading on arrival and departure)
Small dogs are accepted (about 10 kg) provided that they do not remain alone in the accommodation. Cats are not allowed.

100 meters from the apartment, the Thermal Baths (for the treatment version, cures, etc.), 50 meters from the casino (for the games, dances, catering version), the Aquensis thermo-ludic center (for the wellness version, baths, hammam, sauna...).
Bagnères, a typical and colourful medieval town with many cafés and gastronomic restaurants (the Jardin des Brouches, the Hippocampe, the Café des Thermes, etc.). Warm atmosphere.
The Aquensis, Casino and Grands Thermes district is one of the most popular in Bagnères de Bigorre. It is a quiet and dynamic district at the same time.
The Saturday morning market in Bagnères is certainly one of the most beautiful in the Hautes-Pyrénées department as well as the halls, with their superb architecture, open every day.
Possibility to park your car in one of the many free parking lots at the foot of and around the residence.
Commissioning of a ski bus to connect the town of Bagnères-de-Bigorre to the resort of La Mongie. With about ten rotations per day, from 7:50 a.m. (from the old station) to 4:30 p.m., everyone should find the time that suits them. Returns from the resort to the spa town are made between 8:45 a.m. and 5:31 p.m
