Enjoy the amazing outdoor space with a pergola, patio furniture, swim loungers, and a pool. The pool is not heated but the spa can be heated with following instructions carefully. Enjoy some R&R of the amazing views of the pool and outdoor space from the sunroom that is furnished with patio seating, small game table (foosball, table tenis, pool, and air hockey), and board games (monopoly, clue, scrabble, jengha, flip uno).
There are 2 dining spaces - the breakfast table and the formal dining table. The breakfast table was carefully selected in the event there is a desire to use it as a desk. The formal dining spaces features a large dining table and a starburst chandelier. The living room has been tastefully decorated and also has a mounted large 65 inch Roku TV for your entertainment. Enjoy the stocked coffee bar featuring a specialty latte/cappuccino machine to start your mornings and provide your energy boost through the day as needed.
There are 4 large bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king beds , one bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has 4 twin beds (trundle). Each room is equipped with Roku TVs. Two of the bedrooms have desks for you to have dedicated workspace. One of the desks features a computer monitor!
There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and his/her sinks. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is a half bath in the laundry room. Both full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bodywash, soap bar, toothbrush, toothpaste and a hair dryer. Swim towels are in the cabinet of the hallway bath for all guests. The master closet has the iron board and iron.
The laundry room has new washer/dryer. There are washer pods and dryer sheets available for your use.
The kitchen is stocked with dishware including wine glasses, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, blender, toaster, mixer, oil, spices, salt and pepper. There are dishes for children.
The pantry has the first aid kit available for as needed use.
There is a NEST thermostat in the hallway.
Guests will park in the garage and back drive way.
2 outdoor cameras: Front Doorbell and Garage Door which are entry points to the house. There is no camera in pool area.
Noise decibel monitor in outdoor patio/pool area.
HOUSE RULES:
We ask that our guests be respectful of our home. On the below list of rules, please note that violation of rules could result in charges for damages or additional fees, immediate cancellation of the reservation or even removal from the property.
(1) Guest requirements includes primary renter ages 21 and up staying at the property and identity confirmed by VRBO.
(2) Because the property is in a QUIET RESIDENTIAL neighborhood, the following rules have been established:
(i) Quiet time is between 9 pm and 8 am. During quiet time, the noise level outside on the property must not exceed 40 decibels. (Generally, a low voice in a quiet setting ranges between 35 to 40 decibels.)
(ii) When it is not quiet time, the noise level outside on the property must remain below 70 decibels.
(iii) NO music, verbal communication, or other sound containing any FOUL language is allowed if it can be heard at all outside of the house (including the front of the house or the backyard) at any time.
(3) Guests must use the garage and back drive way for parking (allows for a total of 4 cars). We do not want to crowd the front street. No more than 2 cars may park on the street in front of the house if needed. Please ensure your cars are locked at all times.
(4) Since we do allow pets, house rules include picking up after them. There is a pet fee per stay. If you plan to bring a pet, the host must be informed at the time that the reservation is confirmed.
(5) If you use the outdoor grill, please clean the grill prior to checkout. If the grill is not cleaned, we will be forced to charge an additional $85 cleaning fee for the outdoor grill.
(6) Please close the outdoor umbrellas when not in use - they can be lifted away by the wind and can cause damage. Failure to close the outdoor umbrellas upon checkout will result in an additional $85 administrative charge.
(7) Although we have a professional cleaning company clean the house, please extend the courtesy of picking up after yourself and follow "before you go instructions" left in the guide at the property.
(8) No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. If this house rule is violated, the guest will be charged a fine of $1,000.
(9) The maximum number of overnight guests is 10. No more than a total of 12 people may be at the property at any other given time.
(10) NO smoking, vaping, nor illicit drugs are allowed INSIDE the house, in FRONT of the house, or in the BACKYARD. If any smell of smoke, including those from tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, etc.) or marijuana, is found anywhere inside the house, the guest will be charged a fine of $1,800.
Our cleaning team is awesome and we hope to continue to maintain a clean house for all guests. Please don’t worry about making beds, or washing linens and towels for check out. Our team will handle that after checkout.

We had a lovely time! The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable, our host was super helpful and communicative, and lounging in the hot tub under the stars was a real treat.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. I had my husband and two children as well as our small dog. The only thing I can say would have helped improve our stay is the lighting issues in the rooms (a few bedrooms the lights didn’t work at all) and the air conditioner going to 76 degrees automatically at night and 80 during the day. We couldn’t figure out how to take the auto adjustments off. This might be a good idea to tell future customers. Otherwise, the stay was great and we would stay there again!

We had a really good time at your property. We enjoyed the pool, the small pool table (a lot!), we played one of your board games as we forgot to bring our own. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe, as if we were at home. It was clean and comfortable as well. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. We cooked more than most, I would imagine. We could have used a few more larger mixing bowls and maybe another 9x13 glass dish for the oven, but that’s just our opinion. We would gladly stay here again in the future. Thanks for sharing your place with us!
