There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor as well as 2 full bathrooms, then upstairs there is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
There is a dedicated work space in the master bedroom.

The hosts were quick to respond with any issues. It worked well for our family luau. There was not a big grill on site as pictured only two small charcoal grills. We made them work. The rug in the family room kept coming up on the edges which our elderly family members had to use extra caution when passing so they wouldn’t trip and injure. Rug need to be removed or taped down securely. The pool was fine could use a little paint touch up. The inside was smaller than appeared in photos, furniture could use some updating. Master bathroom was very nice.There were some minor areas that could use some attention but overall it was good for our family.

Unfortunately could not stay at property, as A/C was malfunctioning and was above 80 degrees inside the home. Despite communicating with both owners and VRBO, we are still trying to a refund of our costs under the VRBO guarantee due to uninhabitable premises. Currently, owners (per VRBO) not responding. Will provide update once determination made.
