Situated in a village of eighty inhabitants in northern Morvan, ten kilometers from Lormes and Quarré-les-Tombes, this renovated former craftsman's workshop on 1800 m² of land can accommodate up to 7 people.

Adjoining the owner's residence, it comprises 1 living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs and a laundry room. Situated on a dead-end road leading to the river Le Chalaux, this very quiet location has retained its authentic feel.
