Lovely property. Have stayed here many times before. Check in was a bit of a snafu but this was not the host fault. There had been a power outage the night before and the electronic lock was not functioning correctly because of that. Was resolved fairly quickly via text and phone call and multiple attempts of host to fix it. Again, definitely not their fault and they did what they could to make it right.

We had an excellent stay for our first time in Hilton Head! We were so thankful we could bring our dog and this location was perfect. Just a few short minutes to beach and convenient access for groceries and great restaurants. Pamela has thought of everything to ensure you have an incredible stay and communication was excellent. We were so thankful for the wagon and beach chairs- less to pack. We stay here again!
