About this villa rental
This one level (no steps) vacation rental in Stones Throw Villas is the perfect vacation spot for a romantic weekend getaway, golf vacation, or beach experience on the best S.C. beaches! Our newly renovated one bedroom villa with updated furnishings is 0.2 miles from the beach and is approximately a 6-8 minute walk to Folly Field Beach Access on paved walking/biking path.
The Beach Boardwalk access is new for 2024! Relax on the great beaches or rent a bike and explore our island. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.
You have made a great choice to stay at our Villa. That being said we are on the main level ( no steps) and their is a separate Villa directly above ours. Periodic sounds can be heard from the upstairs Villa occupants.

This property is immaculate. The kitchen is equipped with everything a guest would need. Communication with host is exceptional! Villa is within walking distance to the beach. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. Definitely our favorite place to stay!

The pictures are accurate of the listing. Pamela checked in and made sure everything was good and asked to let her know if we needed anything. The condo is approximately a 7 minute walk from the beach. The condo provided a much needed beach cart which made hauling the beach supplies a breeze. The beach itself was clean and well maintained. It was perfect for traveling with pets! We would stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful unit close to the beach! We loved the location of the condo. It was far enough away from the busy Coligny area but still very convenient. The walk to the beach was mostly shaded. The furnishings, kitchen and bathroom were all new and modern. It was everything we could need for 2 of us and our little doggy travelers. Thank you!!!Only notes- make sure you receive the parking pass info in advance. Also, the sounds from the upstairs neighbors were particularly bad during much of our stay. It was a young family with a toddler and a dog, so lots of footsteps and moving around that could be annoying (especially early in the morning). I do not blame Pamela for this at all. She offered to talk to the unit's owner for us. I think it would probably be a non-issue with different renters up there, but the only thing we didn't like about our lovely stay.Thank you!

This condo was immaculate, fully furnished, and well equipped. The sweet scent of the star jasmine on the enclosed private patio was a delightful bonus! We would be happy to stay here again.
