The Beach Vibes 2.5 bedroom condo welcomes you with a newly renovated, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, leading into a cozy, welcoming living space with a smart TV and plenty of seating and convenient half bath on this level. With a private front patio with BBQ grill and keyless entry, your vacation starts when you walk in the door. The outdoor patio in the back has comfortable seating and a shade umbrella to continue your vacation outside! The outdoor pool is only steps away when you want to take a dive into even more fun. Just a short walk from the beach and only a couple miles from the Hilton Head Airport, and a short walk or bike ride to shops, restaurants, and attractions, you will feel close to everything in this home-away-from-home.
Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms and a full, newly renovated bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed with desk area and smart TV. The secondary bedroom has four twin sized beds (two bunk beds) with dresser for easy unpacking. Washer and dryer are available and free to use in-unit. Towels, linens, and soaps are all provided for your convenience. Air conditioning, free wifi and board games help make this the perfect vacation destination for you.
Popular activities near Beach Vibes Condo include Folly Field Beach Park, biking trails, tennis, pickleball, golf and mini-golf. We provide beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys for guest use!

Guests have access to the entire unit (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4 pm
Check-out is at 10 am
Please note, to book this listing you must be over 21 years old
- Pets are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs. Your dog must be crate trained and we ask that you please pick up after your dog. No cats please! Adjustable doggy dish and dog bed provided!
- 2 Ring cameras at the front and back for security purposes.
- NO smoking or vaping.
- There is one designated parking spot for one vehicle. There is additional guest parking on a first come, first serve basis. No street parking allowed.
- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors
- Short-Term Rental Permit # 075550
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.
Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.
Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.

The pool gets a lot of leaves and debris so it’s not super inviting. I wanted to let you know that the smoke alarms both signaled low battery. I’m not sure if they need new batteries but the voice warning went off on both of them. They need to be replaced and reactivated. Thanks.

We stayed for 2 months and the place was very nice, clean, and appeared recently updated. Everything was as advertised. We've stayed in this complex each winter for the last 3 year because of its perfect location. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, and very conveniently located for restaurants and shopping without the hassle of the south-end of the island which is always busy. Would have given the place a 5, but we had several small issues, a leak under the kitchen sink, smoke detector batteries that started to beep because they needed replacing, and the AC unit ran low on freon so stopped cooling. We reported each incident and the management responded quickly. While these were minor inconveniences, we wonder if they could have been avoided with more detailed inspections between occupancies.

The house was perfect…great amenities and well stocked. Great location very close to the beach, activities, and dinning. The host was wonderful and very responsive!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is convenient to the beach and many hot spots like Shelter Cove. The beach is a short walk to the end of the street (less than 5 minutes) with clean restrooms located at the end of the boardwalk. The unit is nicely updated with modern appliances and furnishings. We had the our small dog, and he made himself at home. It is really hard to find nice, pet-friendly locations. This is a great property. Will come back for sure.
