About this cottage rental
This large independent stone house, slightly isolated on the edge of a stream, is an old family farm from the 19th century and includes 2 adjoining gîtes with independent and opposite access and land, 2.5 km from a medieval village.
Nearby: medieval town of Allègre (gallows, Mont Bar peat bog, etc.) 2.5 km away, Lac de Malaguet 9 km away, La Chaise-Dieu (abbey church, sacred music festival, etc.) 18 km away.
All shops and services in Allègre (2.5 km). Built in the old barn, it has access on one level to the rear of the building, via the covered terrace which can also serve as a carport, open land (1000 m²).
Ground floor: living room-kitchen (TV), bathroom, toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 140 cm bed each), 1 bedroom (2 90 cm beds).
Unfenced land (1000 m²), small garage for motorcycles, bicycles and various equipment.
Animals are accepted free of charge.
Electric heating extra depending on consumption. Wood for the fireplace provided at an additional cost: €60/stere.
Baby equipment on request: bed and high chair.
