Across the 1st floor back porch, there are shared steps to 90 feet of private white sandy beaches. During Spring/Summer, we have the amazing beach crew set up 2 chairs & 1 umbrella each morning for you to use. We have additional chairs and beach toys located under the building in the large bin for our guest's use, please borrow what you want.
This beachfront property is located within walking distance of restaurants, coffee/smoothie shops, and a 5-10 min drive to Destin Commons or Grand Blvd for major shopping. Additional nearby activities include Big Kaunas Water Park, Crab Island, Boat & Jetski Rentals, Deep Sea Fishing, Baytown Wharf, Dolphin Tours, Beach Helicopter tours, and more fun things to do around town!!
1st Floor:
*Bedroom #1 with 1 Queen Bed, 1 Bunk Full over Twin
*Bedroom #2 Waterfront with Queen bed has a balcony to access the beach shared bathroom with bedroom #1.
*Bathroom #1 with walk-in shower shared by both bedrooms 1 and 2
*Laundry room with washer and dryer and supplies for laundry
2nd Floor
*Private balcony with dining table overlooking the ocean
*Full Kitchen stocked with most items to cook meals
*Dining area with seating for 10
*Living room overlooking the beach
*55" HDTV with Roku
*Pocket Doors that open onto a private balcony with a dining table
*Half Bathroom with toilet and sink
3rd Floor
*Master Suite with King bed and ocean views/ attached bathroom/shower

Full access to the property except 1 locked owner's closet.
Other things to note
The bottom floor deck does have a shared area of steps to get to the private beach. It will only be used by other guests in the townhomes, not used by the public. The private beach entrance is through a private front gate with a code or can be accessed through the bottom floor of bedroom #2.

This was a perfect house and location for our family vacation. Nice to walk the beach in the morning and walk up to the house if we needed a break from the sun. Middle of July and the beach was not crowded directly behind the house. The reserved chairs and umbrellas are perfect! I'll

We stayed here for a few nights for our first time on the gulf coast with our family of 4. The location of this property was excellent. We were within 10 minutes of major shopping centers, and walking distance of many food, souvenir shops, etc. The inside of the property was clean with lots of extras that we appreciated. We had a slight issue with our parking spot being taken, but this was no fault of the property owner. Communication with the owner was excellent, and was always responded back to immediately. Our family had an amazing vacation, and will definitely consider staying in this property again.
