Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.
Nearby is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This condo was far better than we imagined. It was in great condition, the upstairs beds were extremely comfortable, the showers were updated and spotless, and the view could not be beat. Literally step right off the deck and into the sand!

This place is not n a great location to restaurants, bars and breakfast places. The best part of the location is its steps to the beach. One the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to in the USA. The townhouse was very well appointed and had enough room for 8 guests. The comfort of the furniture in the living room to the beds in each room were great. The upper and middle decks were nice to sit and sip coffee or watch the sunset with a cocktail. Again, location was great within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Parking was good that accommodated 4 vehicles. Overall we had such a wonderful experience and enjoyed celebrating our friendships and a reunion of many Air Force buddies stationed in Germany in 1980-1982. Great place.

Great location. Right on the beach. But the condo itself has some issues. The smell when you walk in the door was extremely musty. Mold was on some of the vents downstairs. Everything we took smells musty once we got home. Water pressure wasn’t great in the primary shower.
