Property was very cute, clean and fully stocked with necessities/ amenities. Room has a great view of the pool. The pool area has a good vibe. Located close to the airport but I don't recall hearing flight noise. Would totally stay here again.

The unit was beautiful, well-stocked kitchen, very convenient location (15 min to Desert Botanical Gardens and 15 min to Downtown Phoenix Symphony Hall) and 10 min to cute Tempe downtown. Bathrooms are roomy and great water pressure in showers! We'd definitely stay again! The ONLY downside was the fact the unit was on the second floor, so a full set of stairs was required to access, just FYI. This unit is located in a gated community, and has a view of the beautiful pool area. Great stay!

The pool was advertised to be warm - it was not. There were so many detailed instructions on what to do/not do that I was nervous about doing something wrong the whole stay. We were given explicit directions on how to treat the ‘expensive’ bath towels - they were rough and mine had bleach stains. I still don’t know where thee ‘black bin’ was for the garbage - so we took it with us. Would have been much less money and expectations if we’d stayed in a hotel.
