When my kids walked in, their response was "Could this place be any nicer?". This really was a very nice second-floor unit. That was well stocked, in a quiet area with parking (this unit had parking that was covered with a little overhang). We only stayed two nights, but I think my family wished we had another day there to enjoy a little more pool time.

1) The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated! So pretty, I want the same interior designer. 2) The amenities were also immaculate and well thought out. We were traveling with our 20 year old and 17 year old sons. They are way too old for water slides and this resort pool with Free private cabanas was perfect! They could hang out and watch the big tv's in the outdoor clubhouse while in the resort style pool with lights and a waterfall. The outdoor tables by all of the lounge chairs were wireless chargers for their phones (Amazing detail). Foosball, table tennis, pool table. They used the onsite gym every day of our stay which was steps from the pool and hot tub. On the corner about 500 feet from the property were a couple of great fast casual restaurants they could walk to and the Chicago Cubs ballpark was only a 10 minute drive. 3) The customer service was outstanding. There were mechanical issues with our plane from Chicago.. Have you ever heard of a plane flooding mid-air and having to turn around? Me either. We arrived 5 hours late and I was extremely stressed when we go there and had to call to get the door instructions repeated. The woman who spoke with me was so kind and so patient. I really wish I could buy her a drink to thank her for helping me. Then I bothered her again a short time later because my sons wanted to watch the March Madness games and within minutes the channel was added to our tv. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

The apartment was very clean and furnishings were very nice. Toiletries were sufficient. The quality of the toilet paper could use an upgrade. I recommend bringing a roll of your own. I would have appreciated getting the instructions about the virtual check in a day before, not an hour before checkin. The washer didn’t work and the host didn’t seem very concern. Only upon inquiry did they mention that there was a laundry mat nearby (no address disclosed) and didn’t offer discount or even a 15 waiver for the fee I paid for an additional hour for a late checkout of 12pm. When I tried to lock up using the virtual key, the system defaulted to the 11am checkout time and wouldn’t let me lock up. When I alerted the host that I couldn’t lock up, she said they took the late checkout fee but forgot to extend the time.
