Off the Grid Yurt Camping

This was a pleasant surprise! Great for our little dog to roam & feel comfortable. My ONLY complaint would be that the step going into the yurt was high and it was a pain going in & out. Be prepared for tick prevention, they were everywhere. We continued to pull them off and throw them in the fire. Close to Jackson for supplies or even a quick bite to eat. Be aware you will hear I-94 traffic, but it’s NOT a deal breaker. The out house was very clean. Definitely a place for some R&R.

We absolutely loved the property. The private trails were beautiful and all the wildlife was incredible. The yurt had everything we needed and was very cute and cozy. We'd love to come back.

Charming yurt not far from a grocery store but totally secluded. Beautiful private hiking trails right outside the yurt door. Convenient propane heater, solar powered overhead light, bottled water, propane cooktop and a very comfortable futon. The outhouse was close by and very well kept. As a solo traveler, I felt comfortable due to the heavy duty door and deadbolt lock. I had a question and the owners quickly responded. I loved this place! The local relatives I was visiting thought it would make a great weekend getaway, just for fun, and I agree. Will definitely stay here next time I am in town.

Very cute and had all the amenities you could think of. Nicest outhouse I've ever been in and the cut trails were lovely. We were warm and comfortable. And the dog had room to roam.Only minor downside is the proximity to the highway. Not too loud, but you could always hear it in the background.
