The perfect home to entertain. This property has a custom covered back patio ornamented with flagstone flooring and an arched breezeway with outdoor rattan fans, the perfect place to grill and rest after a long day in the sun and on the boat. The property features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, two kitchens and dens. The home is spacious and features updated furniture and hand selected bedding and amenities. Very well thought out, the home is the ultimate in comfort and style.

The house was beautiful and very roomy. We were able to spend time together and still have our own space when needed. We had a large family group ranging from 20mo to 87 yrs.
This property was chosen because of the elevator for great grandma, but upon check in we were told it wasn’t usable. There was also a tub listed for one of the bathrooms, which didn’t exist so it was tricky to bathe the littles since they hate showers. Also, the 20mo old bumped into the barn door/bedroom door and it came crashing down. Luckily the little ones were not injured, but pretty scary for everyone. An obvious safety issue that we were told would be fixed before the property is rented again.
The location was great! Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, shopping and boat rental.

This home is beautiful! So much room for our whole family. Love the location, short walk to town, close to the public beach, etc. One problem was the barn door for a bedroom falling on our granddaughter. Scary! But that was fixed and now working well. The bunk bed in another room is shaky so the top bunk seems unsafe.
