This large, comfortable 2-story villa is ideal for any large family vacation! The entire private 3,155 sq ft home is fully furnished and located in the quiet Sunrise Lakes Community. As you walk into the home, you will notice the open concept living; the two large living areas and dining area leading into a fully equipped kitchen and the breakfast nook. This home sleeps 12 guests comfortably with 6 bedrooms (8 beds) and 3 full bathrooms. There is an attached garage with a games room. At the back of the villa, you will find a beautiful private pond view with a spa and a dining area around the pool. This is a perfect getaway for families and friends near Disney parks and Universal Studios!!

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property. We apologized for any inconvenience. Any pets reported at the home is grounds for cancellation of the remainder of the reservation with no refund for unused portions of the stay.
Security cameras pointed at street front and along house where a/c unit is. For liability & insurance reasons back patio/pool area. House crowd sensor for db level used in kitchen/dining area. Does not record audio.
Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in the house as this property is rented out to families, there will be a $1,500.00 ozone treatment charge to purify the air in case of smoking.
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
**Christmas Tree setup and take down fee $50 fee applied for cleaner to setup tree ($25) and to take down tree ($25)
**Kids rooms tents and canopy are provided on a best effort basis, not guaranteed and guest must setup and take down as not all guests require them. $25 fee applies if cleaner has to put away. Guests use at their own risk.
BBQ - No propane will be provided. Tanks can be exchanged for $25 at the local Walgreens or other locations. $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the grill is left uncleaned on checkout.

Stayed here with my wife and two kids, 16 and 10. Great place to stay and super spacious. The pool was good sized too. I absolutely loved the backdrop of the lake. Has enough kitchen supplies to make dinner. The BBQ in my opinion is clutch, not many places offer a grill and when they do... it's usually junk. I felt very safe in the neighborhood, very quiet. Publix and Walmart are right around the corner. Disney is about 20 minutes and Universal is about 30, with no traffic. Next time I visit Orlando I would definitely stay here... I'm even thinking about inviting my sister and her family. You and your family will not be disappointed in this wonderful super clean home.

As a family from the UK visiting Disney we had a great 2 week stay in this villa. The villa was immaculately clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. It was situated in a fairly residential area but felt very safe and was nice and quiet. We found the drive to Disney from the villa straight forward and also enjoyed some relaxing days at the villa relaxing at the pool. The pool has a nice outlook to the lake and enjoys all day sun being south facing. A large Walmart is very close by aswell as many restaurants / fast food outlets. The host was very helpful and always quick to respond when we had questions. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a great place to stay with family. Pictures don’t do the property justice- way better in person. Games in game room worked. LOTS of books, puzzles, board/card games available. Wasn’t expecting all the pool toys- nice touch. Patio furniture was comfortable- plenty of room for everyone to sit. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes for cooking/serving as well as dishes/utensils for eating. All appliances worked- even had a Keurig! Beds were comfortable and clean. Only things we’d change (if possible)-Master bedroom with king bed on first floor. Zero entry showers- really not accessible for handicap person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here. Hosts were quick to respond.

Just the most beautiful wonderful stay at this villa, a massive thank you to our amazing host , who made our stay fabulous, always there for a helping hand who went above and beyond for our family, the villa is truly lovely warm and welcoming with the most amazing pool views of the lake and inside is incredible absolutely immaculate with everything you could possibly want huge kitchen dining area and seating area the bedrooms are huge with the most comfortable beds after a long day, plenty of helpful information in welcome book , the pool was heated and we all enjoyed and loved how peaceful and quiet it was As well as having lovely seating area all shops parks restaurants close by we can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful stay Danny and Sherrie Bowers
