This internally refurbished, 3 bedroom beach house is sure tick all of your boxes. Being centrally located it puts you within walking distance of the local supermarket, park, cafes, restaurants, beach, nature reserves and tennis courts.
The bedding consists of one queen bed, one double bed & 2 twin singles, perfect for the family to get away. Linen is also provided to make your holiday that much more enjoyable.

Ceiling fans installed in the bedrooms
Three way bathroom with a well sized spa bath
Downstairs laundry with washing machine & second toilet. Hills hoist clothesline installed in the backyard for easy drying.
Plenty of room to park a boat in the driveway if you fancy a fish

Cooinda Cottage was absolutely a delight to stay in. Neat, clean, tidy and comfortable. Easy walk to beach and shops. Easy to book and gain access. Good communication with host.

In short walking distance to the beach, sea pool and shops. Cooinda Cottage is comfortable, light and breezy. It has all we need for a beach side holiday with good food and board games. Narene and Maddy are always super helpful and friendly.

Good house nice veranda with a view to chill on. Had most things you need but could do with some ceiling fans. Bedrooms blinds and windows where not clean
