Our party of 6 had high expectations by looking at the pictures online; however, Vivaro exceeded all of those expectations. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved the way the front doors in the front and sliding doors in the back can be opened up to allow a breeze through the house during the day. In the evening, we closed the doors and the AC units quickly cooled down the living area and bedrooms. The Vivaro website and Tanya's emails leading up to our stay helped us plan a great week in Roatan. Matt met us at the house and explained everything we needed to know and texted with us multiple times during the week to ensure everything was going well. This was our first time staying on the island, but we fell in love with the island and this house and will be back.

Our group of five had the most incredible stay at this Vivaro home! The house was absolutely gorgeous, with a seamless indoor/outdoor layout that made every moment feel effortless and luxurious. Location was perfect, we were able to walk to all shops and restaurants in West End. The ocean view from the home was stunning, and we were treated to breathtaking sunsets that lit up the sky every single evening. Owner Tanya and island property manager Matt were both fantasticāsuper responsive and went above and beyond to answer every question we had. The home is thoughtfully curated and has absolutely everything you could need, making our vacation feel truly special. We canāt recommend it enough and will certainly stay again.....hopefully sooner than later!

I truly couldnāt imagine a better place to stay in RoatĆ”n. The home exceeded every expectation ā it had absolutely everything we needed and more. There were five of us, and we had plenty of space, but it could easily and comfortably accommodate a larger group. The property is both spacious and beautifully appointed, offering a perfect balance of luxury and comfort.
During our stay, we explored all over the island, and without hesitation, we would choose this home again. Its location near West End is ideal, with convenient access to snorkeling, diving, fishing, and boating pickup points. Being so close to everything allowed us to maximize our time and enjoy as many activities as possible.
Matt was an outstanding host ā an invaluable resource from pre-trip to post-trip. He provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, activities, and local contacts, ensuring we experienced everything we hoped for and more. He was consistently communicative, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our stay exceptional.
We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting RoatĆ”n and canāt wait to return.

This is the third trip to Roatan and Vivaro West End South House and it is the best! It is so meticulously kept by the owner and staff that I could live their full time. when you couple the location and it's proximity to town and restaurants it can't be beat. Erin and I brought guests down this time that had never been to the island and they loved the house and the island. all four want to come back.
The house now has Star Link WiFi service and what and improvement, it was great with no problems. TV reception and multiple channel selections was also a big improvement.
The one thing I must compliment individually is Matt the property manager. He Is the best and so helpful. I would also like to compliment Marty the driver that picks us up at the airport and who we hired for travel during our stay. Great! .
