About this house rental
The house is beautifully renovated with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each room is large in size with a king size bed, queen size bed and a bunk bed (3 twin). A pull-out couch is available in the master bedroom, plus 4 reclining chairs in the TV room sofas. Each room comes with dressers, hangers, ceiling fans, and Smart TVs in every room. You can watch movies, regular TV and sports channels on Netflix, YouTube TV and Disney+ streaming services, and you can work remotely at our house using our High-Speed Wi-Fi. Washer & Dryer is available.
There is plenty of room to host big family meals with a large indoor and outdoor kitchen. The indoor kitchen comes with plenty of counter space, coffee bar (Keurig coffee maker and drip), fully loaded with dishes, utensils, and all cookware (i.e. pots and pans, knives, cutting board, etc.). All appliances are there, including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven. The outdoor kitchen includes a beautiful large island, refrigerator, sink and BBQ. The BBQ includes a grill, top iron grill and pizza ceramic plate for pizza night! Plenty of comfortable seating inside and outside. If you want to enjoy the great outdoors from the inside, there is an air-conditioned sunroom that includes 2 large comfortable chairs and a hanging chair.
Optional Boat Excursions Available:
Guests may inquire about private boat excursions to enjoy Madeira Beach and time out on the Gulf with family and friends. The boat accommodates up to 6 guests and offers a completely private experience, free from fixed schedules or other passengers. Choose to go fishing, cruise the Gulf, or relax at the sandbar near John’s Pass, with opportunities to see dolphins and local marine wildlife along the way. It’s a relaxed, personalized way for families to create unforgettable memories on the water at their own pace. Rates vary based on duration and activity—please inquire for details.

This home has all you need for a fantastic family vacation in gorgeous St Pete, FL!Alberto is an excellent host! Always responsive and caring.Their beds are super comfortable and the towels are of the best quality!The home is just minutes from the beach, close to shopping, and easy to access.The neighborhood is super quiet and very conducive to an unforgettable family time!We will definitively come back!

Property was as described. Clean, had great boat parking and access to wash down. Outdoor kitchen was nice. Beds were very comfortable.
