Villa Matia is a romantic, beautiful and fully equipped villa in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, just 25 minutes drive from the nearest beach. The enclosed and fully fenced garden has a large swimming pool with 40m².
Around the pool are sun beds, umbrellas, plenty of space for children, barbecue and a large outdoor dining table.
Kids playground with swing, slide and badminton. 1800 m² plot is also at your disposal.
The house consists of the living room and three bedrooms, with two private bathroom, the kitchen and the space for dinning.
Teracce with barbecue and table for 8 people.
Conditioning and electrical heating facilities are provided.
Villa is next to the place Žminj, in the inhabited village of few houses and is propitious for families with children or for couples.

Very quiet location to relax and enjoy. Super nice, helpful host. The house is very clean, pool was cleaned daily in the morning. All relevant household appliances are available. Everything as descriped. Absolute recommendation! Thanks for the great stay.

We were more than satisfied with this accommodation. Here is really thought of everything, from olive oil to dishwashing tab. Also for the barbecue (firewood, charcoal) everything is available.
Extra dishes/cutlery for the outdoor area with sink and gas stove, perfect!
The outdoor area is just like the pictures, very clean and top maintained. There is nothing broken or not working. The playground is in immaculate condition, our children were very happy and used it daily. The pool is cleaned and checked daily (by the landlord) in the morning. It is big enough to swim its laps.
The same quality is found in the house again, really very clean and very nicely decorated. Here, too, there is nothing that we noticed negative. The mattresses are not sagging, the bed linen has no stains and there is enough storage space and towels in each bedroom. Both bathrooms are top equipped, very clean and everything works perfectly.
It is the same in the kitchen, very modern, very clean and equipped with everything you need.
The landlord is very friendly and helpful and is happy to give information for excursions, beaches, restaurants or general tips.
A perfect place to relax, it is quiet and you have the whole complex to yourself.
We are very happy to come back.

A wonderfully clean and spacious villa, garden and pool! It had everything we needed for a fantastic 2 week holiday with out 3 children. We especially loved the pool and garden kitchen. The beds were big and comfortable too. The villa is in a great area to explore this part of Croatia, but a car is essential. The owners were always available should we need them and also repected our privacy. They also gave us lots of tips and advice about places to visit. We loved our holiday in Croatia and hope to return one day to Villa Matia!

We had a wonderfull holiday here! The house was very clean, the kids loved the pool. Also a quiet place and a good spot in Istria to visit both the East coast and West Coast. The owner was very helpfull and makes you feel very welcome. 5 stars at least! The pictures really matches reality. 👍👍
