On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, living room with bathroom.
The covered terrace has 50m2, dining table, Tv, barbecue, table tennis and billiard table.
On the first and second floor are 6 bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom.
The spacious fenced yard with kids play ground and parking for 3 cars.

We visited the property with a group of families and had a very great experience. The house is perfectly renovated and has everything you'd wish for. The rooms are spacious and with each having a bath everyone has his privacy. The kitchen is greatly equipped and there is a also a second large fridge for drinks etc. We cooked a lot but also enjoyed the food the landlords provided us with. This is really a MUST HAVE. Real local istrian cuisine on your own terrace for a more than fair price. The pool and surroundings are very nice and there is a lot to play for the children. The area is quite secluded but we really enjoyed that. You can have very nice walks or ride a bike in the area and just enjoy the nature. You shouldn't trust Google Maps in that area though, as e.g. the roads to the east and west are more forest roads and only the southern one through the small village is tarred.
Zminj is a nice small village with bakery/butcher/supermarkets and easily accessible in 5-10 minutes by car. It took us 14 minutes by bike.
Nevertheless we had a great week and save this house in our bookmarks for later (which is very likely)! Highly recommended!
