Villa *** quiet 50m from the beach close to all shops

The house is well equipped and technically at state of art (Wifi, TV). It was very clean - the owner knows how to care for things. The beds were perfect (size and matress), although the bedrooms are a bit small. The wardrobes are big enough to store all the luggage and clothes. The house has two bathrooms, one with a toilet and shower, one with shower only and a seperate toilet. The living room/ dining room has a surfer style lounge area and a big dining table. The kitchen has a fancy butcher block, where you can cut and prepare the food and is equipped with everything you can imagine. The big fridge with the ice cube maker is perfect for hot summers and cold drinks. The house is located a 5 minutes walk from Mimizan Plage Sud - the beach bar/restaurant there is recommended. Only 10 minutes to walk to the start of the promenade of Mimizan Plage where you can find a lot of restaurants, snack bars and shops. The terrasse is comfortable with lounge-area, a picnic-table and a hammock. And an outdoor-shower, which is very useful for swimmers and surfers. Only the car park is a bit narrow - a VW Bus or SUV will not fit in. But on the street there are parking spaces. And last but not least the owner is very precise but sympathic, which makes sense as you can see that they did invest time and love to make this place special. Thanks! We loved it there!

Nice property. short walk to the beach and the village. we were there in June and the weather was not great. still enough to do in the village. Smell from the paper factory was not a problem when we were there. The house is well equipped. and comfortable. room for 8 people to sleep. The beaches are fantastic and the village is very nice, its a very relaxing place and very safe.

House and kitchen offers everything you need. The beach is very close; shops and restaurants can be reached by foot. Easy living!
