Beautiful, private, 3 story villa, located right next to the Exclusive Las Olas development in San Pancho, on the road to Costa Azul, just 2 short blocks from the beach and just two blocks from Main Street dining.
The second floor Villa #3 has a separate entrance, 1400 square feet of Air Conditioned living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, fully equipped kitchen and with fantastic views of the jungle, golf course and ocean, and access to the third floor Palapa, the perfect spot for cocktail parties or simple relaxation while watching the sunset.
Both the first and second-floor rentals have a private entrance and private decks,
TV & Satellite.
The tropical, deserted beach is a great place for early morning walks and afternoon sunbathing if you can tear yourself away from the patios. Several excellent restaurants, as well as local fare, are within walking distance from the Villa.
This fine home can be rent it complete or just 1st or 2nd floor depending on the size of your party.

We really enjoyed our stay in San Pancho - what a unique and quaint little beach town! We'll definitely be back! Great restaurants!!
The home was welcoming, roomy, had everything we needed, comfortable beds and we loved the roof top access from where you can see the ocean!
The location is really great; just a short walk to the beach and shops and quiet enough for a good night's sleep.
Vicky and Bob Farmer were excellent hosts and always answered our questions right away. They gave us lots of helpful information, like taxi services, which restaurants are their favorites, the Tuesday market, activities to consider etc.
We highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay in this three bedroom apartment in San Pancho. The home is well appointed and comfortable with lovely outdoor areas and in a great location. Would happily stay again.
