Private: garden 300 m2 with wildlife garden and trees. Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Parking at the house at 50 m. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bar 5 km, bakery 5 km, bicycle rental 5 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Sanremo" 6 km, sandy beach 5 km.
