The tastefully decorated interior features a full kitchen, comfortable queen-sized bed, and a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV. Guests can enjoy the private outdoor patio area and the convenience of being just a short drive away from Downtown Boise's attractions and activities.

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pet must be discussed/approved and paid in advance. This is a pet friendly apartment for up to 1 dog. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $70. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No smoking - minimum $250 fine.
Heating and air conditioning is via a mini split wall unit controlled via remote. Floors in unit are concrete. Outdoor firepit is wood burning - wood is not provided.
