Donna’s condo was in a beautiful gated community with a workout room and a lovely heated pool. The condo was exactly what we were looking for with beautiful desert landscaping and mountain views. We had some difficulty with smoke detectors which was not the fault of the owner as new batteries had recently been installed. The king bed sheets were worn, so after having texted Donna about that, she immediately replaced them with sheets that I had recommended. The condo was clean and well maintained with what appeared to be new carpet throughout. There was road noise when on the patio, as busy Pima Rd is directly behind the condo, but, to us, the lovely mountain views compensated for the noise. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place in North Scottsdale that is in a lovely development and has a grocery store and restaurants just a short distance away.

Graywhawk is a great location and this one of the best fully stocked townhomes you will find. Communcation with the host was easy and prompt.

I really enjoyed my stay in Donna’s condo. Very clean, great support, impeccably decorated. Grayhawk is a wonderful community. Friendly people. Pool and exercise room are beautiful.
