The Tesoro at Grayhawk is not your typical townhome golf course community. This picturesque neighborhood has a private security gate, heated pools, fitness centers, two hot tubs and lush desert landscaping. Residents have access to all Grayhawk community amenities such as tennis courts, walking paths, greenbelts, playgrounds, community athletic fields. This is a neighborhood with a lot to offer in a secluded enclave in the desert.

Located just minutes from the popular restaurant and entertainment district of Market Street, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Westworld the host of the annual Barrett-Jackson Car Auction and Arabian Horse Show, TPC Golf Course and host of the WM Phoenix Open, Salt River Fields host to Spring Training and The World Renowned Mayo Clinic with convenient access to the Loop 101 and 51 freeways for ease of travel around the greater Scottsdale and Phoenix areas.

Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome in the heart of Grayhawk. Inviting great room with a pull out sleeper couch that is open to the kitchen area. Spacious split master bedroom with King bed, master bathroom and walk-in closet. Second bedroom with two twin beds has access to one of the two balconies. Renters are also allowed to park in front of the garage.
This townhome has been completely been upgraded and is like new with new everything! New furniture, new appliances, new paint, new beds all bought 6/15/21.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Scottsdale, AZ we recommend Talon Retreat, AZ. We had a wonderful experience. At our condo, everything was well maintained, clean and up-to-date. The amenities were wonderful and it was located in a great location. The pictures were the same as what we expected. No surprises. Mike, the owner, was wonderful to work with. Very organized. No problems at all. We would stay again and highly recommend this to others as well.

The apartment was attractively furnished with appropriate amenities, and kitchen appliances as well as washer and dryer were new and easy to use. The owner was gracious, helpful, and responsive to questions. We look forward to another stay.

This is a great place, in a quiet area and super safe. The pool and gym are very nice and clean. Mike has been a great host and gets back to me super quick with any needs. My stay has been excellent!

Our stay at this townhome was fantastic! The townhome was very comfortable for the four of us; it not only had all the amenities that we needed to cook at home but also was very close to some good restaurants. Each morning we headed for the spa and pool, which were wonderful. We also enjoyed walking around the beautiful neighborhood and numerous trails around the townhome.
The beds, furniture and all appliances were brand new. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was decorated tastefully.
We enjoyed the surrounding restaurants, convenient grocery store down the street, and having the Grayhawk Golf Courses right there is awesome! We have been coming to Scottsdale for the last 10 years and have decided this was the absolute best place we have ever stayed! We are looking forward to coming next year and staying in this Townhome!
