Located uphill in the center of a nice small village overlooking Lake Maggiore, Villa Paesino has been recently restored. Villa Paesino has a panoramic pool and dates from the 1400\'s and is related to the Visconti castle located nearby. The owners have restored their home with great care, leaving the details of the past in place. All of the units have an independent entrance from the patio. Villa Paesino is actually comprised of five separate units so that multiple families or friends can stay together in one villa in complete comfort.Guests will enjoy the fact that they are in the center of the village and are able to walk to the local restaurants and buy food at the convenience store. As you enter from the patio you will find a large sitting room with a fireplace and dining table for 8. The kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and an electric drip coffee machine. The kitchen also has access to the patio. First floor: master bedroom with double bed, twin bedroom, large modern bathroom (shower).UNIT 2 (sleeps 2 & connects with Unit 1):
This unit has direct access to the large terrace and consists of a small room with a double bed, a large modern bathroom (tub). No kitchen. It can be connected with Unit 1 and Unit 3.UNIT 3 (sleeps 2+2):
Entrance from the terrace, living room with sofabed (TV and DVD), three steps lead to the large dine-in kitchen (washing machine, oven dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster). One double bedroom with bathroom (shower). If connected with Unit 2 can accommodate 5 pax. Amenities: telephone, TV.UNIT 4 (sleeps 2 & connects with Unit 5):

Entrance, large bathroom with shower, living room, three steps lead to a double bedroom, twin bedroom in the mansard, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher). If connected with Unit 4 it can accommodate 6 pax. Amenities: telephone, TVPlease note all the units share the large patio upstairs. From the parking level there are about 15 steps to reach the garden. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs therefore the property is not suitable to guests with walking difficulties. Please note the villa is very well equipped and is just a few meters from grocery shops, cafes and restaurants in the center, even though it faces the lake and offers quietness.In the village you can find all kinds of shops and restaurants and there is also the possibility to order and take out delicious meals at the nearby Restaurant. While in Lesa (4 km downhill) there is a sports club with 3 tennis courts and Olympic pool (10 min. walk), which guests may use for a daily or weekly rate. The beach is 4 km from the villa. There are also 2 golf courses within 10-min. by car and 7 more within 45 min. The ferry to the other beautiful lake resort towns and islands docks at Belgirate just a 10 min drive. Stresa is a 10-min drive too. Pallanza is 15 km north, Arona 6 km south - motorway exit at 4 km.
