If you're looking for a luxurious, ocean front/boardwalk beach home for your next family vacation this is the one! From the stunning, over-sized oceanfront balcony, you can take in the sights, sounds and relaxing smells of the ocean and people-watch on the boardwalk. The condo is within walking distance to retail stores, eateries, arcades and amusements. South Beach is conveniently located on seventh Street and the boardwalk. Park your car in the secure parking garage-you will be within steps to lots of OC activities!
Take a break from your day at the beach by walking just a few steps to your vacation condo where you can easily take a break. This open floor plan living area allows you to enjoy talking with the rest of your family while prepping meals in the gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, stainless appliances and fully equipped with all the kitchenware you need to make cooking a breeze. After spending the day at the beach you can relax in either the outdoor or indoor pool. There is also a fitness room for those who enjoy a daily workout. This home sleeps 7 comfortably with a King in the MBR, Queen in bedroom two, and a Full and Single in the third bedroom. There are 3 Full Baths and cable TV and WiFi for your use. This property rents Saturday to Saturday only. Indoor pool is closed from January 2 to April 1.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

We had a nice stay at the South Beach condo. It was in a good location along the boardwalk. It wasn’t listed, but there were extra beach chairs and boogie boards at the unit. Spacious for my family and extended family to stay. Would recommend better pillows or just bring your own. Would stay again!
