Welcome to Playa Negra Vacation Rentals, Jarrod and Meaghan, where we do our best to ensure a wonderful stay in Playa Negra.

Simply Amazing! This newly built three story home boasts some of the best views in all of Playa Negra from every room. All the fine details have been thought about in this luxury home.
All three levels have patios with breathtaking views of the Pacific. This home also features central air conditioning through out.
The first story exterior features a beautiful infinity edge pool with large deck that makes a perfect setting for a sunset swim. An outdoor shower and bath complete this resort like setting.
The interior of the first floor has a living area with half bath and a bunk room with a full bath.
Head up the wood and iron staircase, with oversized chandelier, to the second floor which has the main living area and half bath. The dining area is surrounded by windows looking out onto the patio and ocean beyond.
The kitchen spares no expense to meet your needs. Gas cook top, wall oven, microwave, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, separate ice maker, plus an extra refrigerator make this kitchen well appointed for any size group. Custom cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash, and an oversized island complete this fantastic kitchen. The second level also has a mountain view bedroom with full bath featuring a tile tub.
The third floor features 3 bedrooms and 3 full private baths. Two of the bedrooms open out to a full floor patio with stunning ocean views. The third bedroom has mountain views with it's own bath. Fine details, comfort and beauty abound in this one of a kind ocean front home.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Casa Dewey. 8 adults, 2 children. House was well stocked and clean. Hosts were very helpful and easily available. Felt very safe in our property's neighborhood. There a few great places to eat nearby. Would definitely recommend the in home chef services. Fantastic meals. We would love to return to Casa Dewey!

Gorgeous views with spacious, comfortable accommodation for all - perfect for a larger gathering of 10-14. Walking distance to town with a few great dining options. Excellent communication throughout. Great referral for affordable catered suppers. Thanks for the fabulous stay! Highly recommend!!!!

We had an amazing week long stay at Casa Dewey! The property itself was perfect; clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Tons of space for the 11 total people we had traveling. The pool was magnificent and the beach was just a short stroll down the path. Views for days!! Property manager very responsive and easy to communicate with. Playa Negra itself is a cute little town with several wonderful little restaurants. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend Casa Dewey!!
