Overall, an amazing experience. We had two families stay with teenage kids and everything great. It was definitely a more local location and felt less touristy compared to Tamarindo which we visited for a day. We were pretty impressed with the local restaurants also- quality was solid , however don’t expect to pay much less or maybe more than the states. Groceries were also pretty expensive. If you like to surf this spot is top level. Nice left point break out the back door. You’ll hate to get in a lineup on big days though.Mary did a great job lining us up with an Atv/zip line tour and well as a catamaran sunset cruise in Tamarindo . Driving there is pretty easy from Liberia airport- about 1-1/2 hrs. We did like the chill days and being able to walk down to playa negra hotel for a drink. House was fantastic, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful views from each level and the ping pong table was a hit with the teen boys. Communication before, during and after was great. Mary was very helpful!

Book it and dont think twice!We just had the most magical week stay at casa ohana and cant wait to go back. Our party of 6 ranged from age 4 to 66 and everyone loved it. From top notch appliances, seamless arrangement of rental car/tours/chef/restaurants by property manager Mary, you are truly on vacation. The view is unmatched and you are steps to the beach and the pool was perfect. We felt safe and appreciated the details provided to us from booking and depature. You could tell the owners put endless love into this home from linens, decor, and personal touches. We will be back!

Our family loved our time at Casa Ohana. The house is well stocked, very comfortable for a large group(we were 11 people), and in a gorgeous location. Mary, the property manager was there to great us when we arrived and very helpful. She had great recommendations for chefs and masseuse. 10 out of 10!!

Casa Ohana is exactly as pictured. The pool is beautiful and has some shade in the morning and evening. The patio is delightful. The view can’t be beat. We had kids ages 7 to 12 and 4 adults and it was the vacation of a lifetime.
