Just steps away from the beach and fantastic restaurants. The Delray at Cabana Carioca is a little taste of Delray Beach in Deerfield Beach. When we think of Delray Beach, we think of vibrant colors and pineapples, and that is exactly what you will be getting in this apartment. This cozy apartment sleeps up to 4. One bedroom with queen bed and one bathroom. Living room has queen sleeper sofa. Wifi and cable provided. Full size kitchen with glassware provided. The beach is a short 2-3 minute walk. Water sports are just around the corner. You can rent paddleboards, surfboards, learn to surf. Even rent a scouter. Great restaurants in walking distance as well. Just a drive to Publix if you need to do some grocery shopping. Close to Boca Raton, Pompano Beach, Delray Beach and Fort Lauderdale.

The property was as described on VRBO. It was clean, and the host left a welcoming bottle of wine which was appreciated. There was also information on local supermarkets, and restaurants. The location is very good, 5 minutes or so to either the beach or downtown area. The walking path along the coast is great for viewing the beautiful beach views, with a number of benches along the way. I felt the property was in a safe location which is important to me. There is a nice selection of restaurants with outdoor dining available, some right next to the beach. Deerfield Beach is a long, broad beach, great for walking or just relaxing in the sand. There are lots of parks and beaches to visit in the area. I especially liked Delray Beach and downtown area. I liked the property and the area as you can be as busy or active as you wish, or just relax on the beach. I enjoyed my time there.

Stephanie is a very responsive and effective communicator. The apartment was spotless and basic supplies were provided for our stay. This is an excellent location, an easy and safe 7 minute walk to the beautiful beach just north of Deerfield Beach pier. Quiet residential neighborhood, a 10 minute walk from shopping and dining.

I had a generally positive experience during my stay, and I truly appreciate the comfort and amenities provided in the apartment. However, there was an incident that made me feel uneasy. A housekeeper tried to enter the apartment during my stay, and I was startled as I wasn’t informed beforehand that anyone would be coming. She seemed to think the apartment was empty and even asked me what day I was leaving.I feel this could have been better handled with clearer communication about any scheduled cleaning or visits. It would have helped avoid confusion and ensured that I felt fully secure during my stay.Overall, I enjoyed the apartment and would give 5 stars if this communication issue is addressed for future guests. Thank you for hosting me!”
