About this house rental
Dear Guest,

• Our child-friendly house with garden and parking
located in a private residence with a communal swimming pool 20x10m (please
see below IMPORTANT INFO!)
• The house is surrounded by palm trees, a cozy terrace and a garden,
which invites you to chill out.
• The house can accommodate 6 people.
• 2 BEDROOMS with French double beds (140x190), open plan
Wardrobe
• 1 BEDROOM with 2 single beds (single beds (90x190) & wardrobe.
• 1st and 2nd floor BATHROOM (WC/ SHOWER - washbasin, built-in furniture.
• Technical room with washing machine.
• Open kitchen with stand-up bar, complete kitchen equipment with dishwasher.
• Spacious living room with winter garden to completely open up the living room
by means of sliding glass doors.
• Comfortable equipment.
• DAB & Internet radio
• WiFi
• Garden seating area with BBQ,
• Lounge and relaxation corner
• Parking for 1 car on the property in front of the house
NOT INCLUDED in the rental price are:
• Bed linen, kitchen linen
• Bath towels, beach towels
On REQUEST and EXTRA CHARGE you have the possibility to rent them.
IMPORTANT INFO: Residence communal pool 20x10m :
The residence's own communal pool is open from mid-June to mid-September and is available to our guests, provided that no restrictions on use due to acute drought and lack of water are imposed by the Regional Prefecture of Pyrenees Oriental, as happened in the summer of 2023.
The landlord cannot provide any guarantee and assumes no liability towards the tenant should the Regional Prefecture of Pyrenees Oriental again order a restriction of use or closure of private or semi-private swimming pools for the reasons mentioned above.

The villa is well presented and well equipped. The beach & the main street were approx a 8-10 min walk. A car is an absolute must if you plan to visit any nearby towns/villages.The pool was closed and had been for a while though we were not told this until 2-3 days prior to our arrival which, in my opinion, was wrong. We chose this villa over others because of the pool and had we been told in good time we would have had the option to choose another of our short-listed villas in the area at a much better rate. If the pool is important to you make sure you double-check that it is open. It was hot and we knew there was no air-conditioning but we did expect fans in the bedrooms; keeping the windows open at night was not practical because of the noise from the camps and the mosquitoes (a mosquito net was provided but we were still bitten incessantly at night if we kept the windows open) We chose to have the bed linens and towels included in our package and were disappointed that we were all given 1 towel each. A bare minimum should be a hand towel and a bath towel each. There are supermarkets nearby and plenty of restaurants along the main road and the seafront. There are a couple of camping sites nearby so the noise level is quite high until late at night. I complained about the lack of timely information about the pool and the owner waived the linen fee as a "goodwill" gesture. The owner should make it very clear to all clients if the pool is closed before confirming a booking.
