Formal dining with cloakroom and bar leads to podium with 3.5meter projector screen

Spa and turf on roof with views in all directions.

Around the corner from the entertainment strip of Ponsonby Road and Karangahape Road where the best choice of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and cafes reside. All within walking distance.
Full size Countdown supermarket around the corner open until 10pm 7 days.
One minute walk to Western Park the oldest park in Auckland offers a vigorous meandering walk through the 100 plus year old specimens.
Getting Around:
Parking for two vehicles on the adjacent lot .
Uber is usually one minute away with Lime scooters on most street corners.
Walking distance to bars, cafes, restaurants, nightclubs etc
