Welcome to the Salty Dog, LLC! Sunday to Sunday weekly rentals available in season. Two night minimum for off season. Two short blocks from the 42nd Street beach you will find this beautifully updated condo that meets the high standards of active families, the work from home beach lover, amateur chefs, mixologists, beach bums and couch potatoes alike. Situated in the south end across the street from open wetlands, this unit boasts full sunset views from the front porch, a brand new/well equipped kitchen, designated work from home area, fully equipped bar with its own beverage refrigerator and an oversized garage full of everything you need to have a great vacation. The three upper bedrooms are tastefully decorated, provide ample storage space, and feature blackout shades for a peaceful night sleep. Mattresses are updated and include the popular queen sized “Purple 3” mattress in the primary bedroom. Enjoy a work from home getaway with Gig speed internet, adjustable stand up desk, and double monitors with a docking station for PC laptops in the primary suite. The lower level includes a bonus 4th walkthrough bedroom that includes a full bed as well as its own shower room. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled and the bonus shower room in the lower level is also equipped as a dog wash. Sheets and bath towels are included so bring your favorite beach towel and enjoy daily sunset views with your friends, family, and pups at Salty Dog.
