About this villa rental
Villa Thealassa is approved by the Greek Tourism Organisation & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
Set in an elevated position overlooking Souda Bay and the White Mountains, Villa Thealassa sits on a lush 4,100 sq. m. private estate, offering magnificent sea views and a wonderful sense of calm, while still being just a short drive from Chania Old Town and nearby golden-sand beaches. The 270 sq. m. single-level villa features five well-equipped bedrooms, accommodating ten guests, or up to eleven if needed.
Interior
-Single-floor layout for easy access and comfortable living.
-Entrance hallway with a wooden desk and direct access to the veranda and outdoor dining area.
Living & Dining Area - Spacious, light-filled open-plan space.
-Living room: large double doors to veranda and pool terrace, 50 HDTV with Netflix, stereo system, board games, game console, and fireplace.
-Dining area: seats up to 10 guests, garden views, and connects directly to the kitchen.
-Kitchen: fully equipped for self-catered holidays, includes a second round dining table for 6 guests.
Bedrooms:
-Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom with shower, self-controlled A/C, closet, window shutters, full-length mirror.
-Bedroom 2: two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can join to form a king, self-controlled A/C, closet, vanity with mirror, window shutters, direct pool access.
-Bedroom 3: two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can join to form a king, self-controlled A/C, closet, vanity with mirror, and window shutters.
-Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), self-controlled A/C, closet, full-length mirror, window shutters.
-Bedroom 5: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, self-controlled A/C, closet, window shutters. (Currently under construction, photos to be added.)
-Additional Bathrooms: one with a shower cabin, one with a bathtub and a shower cabin.
Outdoor Area - Mediterranean garden with sea views, fruit trees, and herb garden.
-Private pool: 60 sq. m., walk-in steps, depth 0.60-2.40 m.
-Sunbathing: 8 mattress sunbeds, 4 umbrellas, outdoor shower.
-Dining & Lounge: shaded dining area, pergola with sofas and armchairs, BBQ corner with charcoal grill.
-Recreation: ping pong table, football nets, treadmill.
-Garden: large lawn with fruit trees (lemon, orange, pomegranate, tangerine, pear, and more) and an herb garden for guests.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

We had a fabulous week in this villa, it has amazing views and is very comfortable. The pool is an excellent size and set in beautiful surroundings. We found the villa to be well equipped and although not ultra modern everything was in great working order, well maintained & clean. It is well located for exploring Chania, we enjoyed visiting some beautiful sandy beaches only a short drive away.

All lovely and clean felt vary welcomed view from the garden amazing especially a night felt vary homely as well. Did not want to go back home.

Great villa and pool in huge grounds and stunning views across the bay. As advertised the property appears to overhang the sea.
