Villa Panorama is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
Villa Panorama is located next to the village of Sternes and just a five-minute drive from the well-known sandy beaches of Marathi and Loutraki. Set on a hillside, the villa enjoys breathtaking views over Souda Bay and a calm, elevated setting, ideal for a relaxed Cretan getaway.
The 230 sq. m. villa is arranged over two storeys, with each floor being fully independent and featuring its own private entrance, a layout that is particularly convenient for extended families or groups seeking both shared time and personal space. Villa Panorama comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, with the option to host up to 14 guests if needed.
Layout - Ground Floor
-Open-plan living area with two sofas, 55" HDTV, audio system, air conditioning, and football table.
-Fully equipped kitchen adjacent to a round dining table seating five guests.
-Wide windows throughout provide natural light and sea views.
Two bedrooms:
-Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with direct pool access.
-Bedroom 2: two single beds (0.80 x 2.00 m) that can be joined to form a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) upon request.
-Shared bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine.
First Floor
-Spacious open-plan living area with additional living room, indoor dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.
-Living room includes comfortable sofa, 65" HDTV with PlayStation 5, and fireplace.
-Dining table seats up to 14 guests; kitchen includes breakfast counter for four.
-Large windows provide natural light and sea views.
-Veranda with outdoor seating and ping pong table, overlooking the pool and connected via external staircase.
Three bedrooms:
-Each with queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and en-suite bathroom with hydromassage shower.
-Two bedrooms have fold-out stools for one extra guest each.
-Family bathroom with shower and second washing machine.
Outdoor Area
-Private swimming pool: 33 sq.m., depth 1.30-1.45 m, step access; heating available with advance request for entire stay.
-Pool terrace with 12 sunbeds, 4 umbrellas, outdoor shower, hammock, garden swing, and multiple seating areas with sofas and armchairs.
-Spacious lawn areas around the pool for children and adults; meditation and relaxation spot with yoga equipment and massage table (massages available upon request).
-Sports field with football nets and basketball hoop
-Outdoor cinema area with 75" TV, sofa, and floor cushions.
-Fully equipped charcoal barbecue with outdoor sink and small fridge under pergola; table for 8, plus two additional outdoor dining/seating areas.
-Parking for 2-3 cars within the villa premises.
-Fenced outdoor area with gated entrance.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

A wonderful calming, healing location. We will definitely return, Everything was perfect. I was unfortunately unwell on arrival and Sophia kindly went to the pharmacy to sort me out. She went beyond the call of duty and I was so touched by her kindness. Well done Panorama!

Truly exceptional. The views of Souda Bay with the dramatic White Mountains behind and surrounding olive groves are breath taking. The villa is meticulously appointed and squeaky clean. This accommodation was perfect for our group of three families to include 3 teens who had the bottom level as their independent zone. The pool, patio seating and outdoor grill complex was perfect for our evening meals and card games. Location also perfect. Minutes from Chania airport and a few more into Chania old town for culture, gyros, and shopping. We loved every minute. Big thanks to etouri property management for their exceptional communication, anticipating every practical detail from transfers to car rentals. We so thoroughly enjoyed our panoramic paradise in Crete and highly recommend this villa and Etouri management company. Efcharisto poli! 🇬🇷

A fabulous week in this villa, we ranged from 16months to 60 yrs, 8 of us all told and this villa fitted the bill brilliantly. Etouri were superb and we had every whim ( should we have wished it) offered.
Villa Panorama just has every thing and more should you need equipment wise.
The small village of Marathi is only a few Km away with several restaurants to choose from, we had lunch there on three separate days in 3 different restaurants and obviously the beach is there as is boat hire (which we did - no licence needed - my son is 26) Otherwise we bar b qued every night in the outdoor kitchen. You do need a car I would say but taxis are easy to get too and complete bonus is you are so close to the airport and although you do see/hear the odd plane it certainly wasn’t an issue at all. In fact it’s an incredibly quiet villa. We all loved it.

We had a great time at the villa. Super beautiful house, nice hosts who were always helpful with all questions we had. The view is amazing and there are no close neighbors. One minor thing: the wifi was not strong enough for online meetings. Overall, very much recommended :-)
