Villa Panorama is approved by Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
Villa Panorama is located next to the village of Sternes and just a five-minute drive from the well-known sandy beaches of Marathi and Loutraki. Set on a hillside, the villa enjoys breathtaking views over Souda Bay and a calm, elevated setting, ideal for a relaxed Cretan getaway..
The 230 sq. m. villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, with the option to host up to 14 guests if needed.
First Floor
- Spacious open-plan living area with lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.
-Living room with a comfortable sofa and a 65" HDTV.
-Indoor dining table seating up to 14 guests.
-Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast counter for four.
-Large veranda with outdoor seating and pool views, connected via an external staircase.
-Floor-to-ceiling windows providing sea views and plenty of natural light.
-Bedroom 1: Two twin beds (0.80m x 2.00m each), convertible into a Queen-size bed upon request, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a closet, and a vanity.
-Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, fold-out stool (0.80m x 2.00m) for the 11th guest, vanity, closet, and private balcony.
-Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and fold-out stool (0.80m x 2.00m) for the 12th guest.
Ground Floor
-Playroom with sofas, 55" TCL TV, XBOOM Bluetooth speaker with microphone, board games, and a football table.
-Large windows offering sea views, surrounding landscape views, and abundant natural light.
-Full bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, and dryer.
-Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), vanity, closet, fold-out stool (0.80m x 2.00m) for the 13th guest, and direct pool access.
-Bedroom 5: Two twin beds (0.80m x 2.00m each), convertible into a Queen-size bed upon request, plus a single sofa bed (0.77m x 2.00m) for the 14th guest.
Outdoor Area - Stunning sea views throughout the property.
-A 50 sq. m. heated swimming pool (1.30m-1.45m deep) with step access.
Pool heating available for an additional daily charge, upon request(minimum one weeks notice required).
-Pool terrace with 10 sun loungers, 4 Vondom Sun Loungers, 4 umbrellas, a hammock & an outdoor shower.
-Spacious lawn areas ideal for childrens play and relaxation.
-Dedicated yoga and meditation area with equipment and massage table (massage services available upon request at an extra charge).
-Sports area featuring football goals, a ping pong table, and a basketball hoop.
-Outdoor cinema area under a pergola with a 75" TV and a seating area
-Fully equipped gas BBQ area featuring an outdoor sink, wine fridge, mini fridge, a dining table seating up to 14 guests, and an island bar accommodating up to 4 guests.
-Many relaxing seating areas.
-Private parking for 2-3 cars within the villa grounds.
-Fully fenced property with gated entrance.
Exclusive outdoor relaxation area, available to guests staying at the villa. Located on a peaceful private property just a short distance from the villa and surrounded by beautiful olive trees, this outdoor space has been created especially for guests who arrive early or have a late departure due to their flight schedules.
Our complimentary facilities offer the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. You are welcome to leave your luggage securely while enjoying a refreshing drink and relaxing in the beautiful surroundings.
The outdoor area includes:
-1 double mattress sunbed for up to 2 guests
-3 dining tables, each seating up to 6 guests (18 guests in total)
-5 comfortable seating areas accommodating at least 12 guests

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

A wonderful calming, healing location. We will definitely return, Everything was perfect. I was unfortunately unwell on arrival and Sophia kindly went to the pharmacy to sort me out. She went beyond the call of duty and I was so touched by her kindness. Well done Panorama!

Truly exceptional. The views of Souda Bay with the dramatic White Mountains behind and surrounding olive groves are breath taking. The villa is meticulously appointed and squeaky clean. This accommodation was perfect for our group of three families to include 3 teens who had the bottom level as their independent zone. The pool, patio seating and outdoor grill complex was perfect for our evening meals and card games. Location also perfect. Minutes from Chania airport and a few more into Chania old town for culture, gyros, and shopping. We loved every minute. Big thanks to etouri property management for their exceptional communication, anticipating every practical detail from transfers to car rentals. We so thoroughly enjoyed our panoramic paradise in Crete and highly recommend this villa and Etouri management company. Efcharisto poli! 🇬🇷

A fabulous week in this villa, we ranged from 16months to 60 yrs, 8 of us all told and this villa fitted the bill brilliantly. Etouri were superb and we had every whim ( should we have wished it) offered.
Villa Panorama just has every thing and more should you need equipment wise.
The small village of Marathi is only a few Km away with several restaurants to choose from, we had lunch there on three separate days in 3 different restaurants and obviously the beach is there as is boat hire (which we did - no licence needed - my son is 26) Otherwise we bar b qued every night in the outdoor kitchen. You do need a car I would say but taxis are easy to get too and complete bonus is you are so close to the airport and although you do see/hear the odd plane it certainly wasn’t an issue at all. In fact it’s an incredibly quiet villa. We all loved it.

We had a great time at the villa. Super beautiful house, nice hosts who were always helpful with all questions we had. The view is amazing and there are no close neighbors. One minor thing: the wifi was not strong enough for online meetings. Overall, very much recommended :-)
