Welcome to Water's Edge! Gorgeous renovated lakefront home...steps to the water, walk to Indian Point Marina, and an easy 5-minute drive to Silver Dollar City! There's nothing else like this on Indian Point!

Perfect for families wanting to enjoy Table Rock Lake and Silver Dollar City. Kids of all ages will love the fun arcade games! Close to it all, yet privately located right on the water. New flooring, paint, appliances, lighting, bathroom fixtures, furniture, decor, etc.

Step in and unwind after a fun day at Silver Dollar City, out fishing on Table Rock, or playing in Branson! At Water's Edge you'll feel right at home in our recently renovated lake home.

Enjoy the serene views out the back from your private deck, stream a show on one of the 5 smart TV's, or have a family game night in the spacious open-concept living and dining room! Fun electronic pinball arcade as well as a wall-mounted arcade game with lots of classics!

Four beautiful bedrooms with memory foam mattresses. Here are the sleeping arrangements:
- 2 King bedrooms (sleep 4 total)
- 1 Queen bedroom (sleeps 2)
- 1 bedroom with a Queen (sleeps 2) and a Full-over-Full bunk (the bunk sleeps 4 kids or 2 adults comfortably)
- 1 Queen sleeper sofa in living room (sleeps 2)

Three full bathrooms are great for groups large and small! STARTER supply of toilet paper and paper towels. If you're staying for longer than a couple days, you'll likely need to pick up some more paper products from the store. (Convenience store just down the street)

Well-stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances for cooking up a family meal.

Water's Edge is a two-story home, with one bedroom and bathroom on the main level (great for Grandma & Grandpa!) and three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. The stairway is a unique fan-favorite spiral metal staircase! (PLEASE WATCH the little ones around the stairs, they're metal and somewhat steep.)

We haven't forgotten about the little ones! Enjoy the use of our pack-n-play for sleepy time and the highchair for meal times.

Streaming smart TV's in the Living Room and all 4 bedrooms with high speed wi-fi! NO cable service is provided, so please plan to log in to your favorite streaming service.

BBQ grill and utensils provided. Please bring your own charcoal and lighter and CLEAN THE GRILL when done using it.

Free washer and dryer in unit, starter supply of laundry detergent provided!

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the home! Extra $300 cleaning fee will be charged if there is any evidence (smell or otherwise) of smoking in the home.

We love our home! Any damages to the home and property (including stained bedding, towels, broken dishes, etc.) will be charged to the guest upon checkout.

Because we respect our cleaners' time, there is a $50 fee for late checkout since they plan for 10AM checkout.

Free driveway parking. PLEASE no driving or parking on the grass. Maximum of 4 vehicles. Please no street parking as it is a narrow street. Also please be careful backing out of the driveway as it is narrow.

The docks behind the home are PRIVATE and for the most part are not super accessible. However the shoreline is easily accessible and can be used for fishing and playing in the water!

The whole home is for your use. There is one locked closet for owner's supplies.
