Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August:
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Saturday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS
NO CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY

This unit is best suited for 10 adults and 10 children. Base rate covers up to 16 guests, max number of guests is 20 (with extra guest fees during peak season- please see rental agreement for more information).

*The pool is in operation from May 1st-October 1st. It is heated from 2nd Friday of May through October 1st.

The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and walls with a majestic 28-foot floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace (electric), complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake!

The two upper-level master suites have king-size beds. Each master suite has a full luxury bath. One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. In between the two masters, is a full-size quality washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.

The two guest bedrooms on the main level have queen beds and share a Jack and Jill style full bath. There is also a half bath in the hall.

On the lower walkout basement level, there is a full bath in the hall and two more bedrooms. One is a HUGE BUNK ROOM furnished with two full-over-queen bunk beds.
