While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and will be added to your invoice and scheduled payment(s). If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
We use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. Message/call us if you encounter any problems or have questions about this service. We require non-Airbnb guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company called AutoHost. Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening.
