ALTHOUGH MUCH OF LAHAINA WAS DESTROYED IN THE RECENT FIRE,
A WIDE VARIETY OF RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES ARE STILL AVAILABLE JUST MINUTES AWAY

We bought this unit because we fell in love with the spectacular view visible from this corner penthouse ocean front spacious Condo with a wraparound Lanai. There is no finer view in all of the South Pacific with more than a 200-degree panorama of Kaanapali Beach, Maui's finest Beach together with scenic views of Lanai, Molokai, Kaanapali Beach and the West Maui Mountains. Floor to ceiling windows allow unobstructed ocean views from the completely remodeled bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. Three flat screen HDTV's and in house washer and dryer provide convenient living options. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled with floor to ceiling tile, granite counters and rain glass shower doors. The floors in the kitchen, entryways and hallway have been replaced with ceramic tile and new carpet has been installed throughout the rest of the condo.

The Whaler has recently completed more than $40 million worth of property renovations and enhancements over the last10 plus years. The ocean front heated pool has a paver deck and 10-foot diameter hot tub. On the property there is a fully equipped exercise room, sauna, racquetball and tennis courts. The redesigned courtyard with a new larger koi pond is magnificent. The covered garage between the towers has been refurbished including a waterproof membrane over the roof. Both Towers have had their railings replaced and new tile applied to the lanai decks and tower II has just been repainted and tower I will be repainted later this year. A wider more elegant driveway has been built at the Porte Cochere where you check-in. The entrance off Kaanapali Parkway has been redesigned.

The location puts the convenience of two world class golf courses close by, with at least a dozen restaurants within walking distance. Next door is The Whaler's Village Shopping Center with many upscale shops, a whaling museum. Five hotels, and five other condominium projects are nearby. A paved promenade allows easy strolling along Kaanapali beach. A free Trolley allows you ride between all the properties on Kaanapali Beach.
Lahaina, the historic capital of Hawaii had much of its core destroyed in the August 2023 fire and currently the burned land and structures are being cleared so that rebuilding can be done. The county has given the greenlight for some structures to rebuild now. The Cannery Mall, Safeway, Walgreen's, Longs, The Gateway and nearly all of the industrial area toward the mountains from Walgreen's and the restaurants on the beach behind Safeway miraculously survived the fire and are back in operation.

Stunning view! Perfect location! There aren't words to describe the incredible view from this oceanfront penthouse. The wraparound lanai gives you a full beach/ocean view, extending beyond Black Rock, & a gorgeous mountain view as well. Morning coffee & a sunset glass of wine will never be the same!Location is perfect, located right next door to Whaler Village, you have a 2-minute walk to all types of restaurants, shops & ABC store for quick market needs. Plus there are many wonderful options along the Ka'anapali beach walk. Short 5-10 minute drive to Lahaina for groceries, supplies & more restaurants. Convenient 10-20 minute drive to access Ka'anapali Beach north and Napili areas. Washer/dryer in the unit & a well-stocked kitchen make it home away from home. With two teenage boys, the location was perfect for them to safely have their independence while being close to "home." They had easy access to the pool, beach, rock jumping, jet skiing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, parasailing, & more. They left after breakfast, had adventures & lunch on their own, then met up for us for dinner. They had a blast & Mom/Dad got some relaxing time on our own. The 2nd bedroom with 2 Queen beds accommodated them perfectly too. The property owner was gracious, easy to communicate with & shared information/tips for enjoying the property & the community. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Maui. Mahalo!

Amazing location and view. Truly one of the best locations we have ever stayed at. You have a view of the black rock cliffs as well as the ocean front and the green hills behind. Saw many rainbows from our balcony. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The host was informative and communicative, offering many recommendations for places to eat. There is a concierge in the lobby that can help with reserving activities. The building is in the middle of the resort strip so you can walk to the nearby outdoor mall and well-known restaurants. Garage parking can be difficult to find especially later at night. Would highly recommend this place to others.
