Though you’ll be just minutes from Disney, world-class golf, and shopping, this 4,034 sq. ft. home in Windsor Cay offers a private retreat for families or large groups. With 8 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and space for up to 16 guests, it’s perfect for creating unforgettable vacation memories.
Main Living Areas:
Living Room: An inviting space on the main level with a giant sofa and a large Smart TV—ideal for relaxing together after a day at the parks.
Kitchen & Dining:
Fully equipped with high-quality appliances, a coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher. The breakfast bar is perfect for a quick bite or workspace, while the dining table seats 10 for family meals. Fast Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected.
Screened-In Lanai:
Directly accessible from the living and dining areas, featuring a heatable swimming pool and whirlpool, sun loungers, a dining table, and a smaller table for kids. A private oasis for relaxing or poolside fun.

The home, inside the Windsor Cay community, is about 31 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Other Things to Note:
Pool
- Pool heating is available (Winter only) for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.
What You'll Find When You Arrive
- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.
Good to Know Before You Arrive
- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.
- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.
- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.
- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.
- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.
Booking Requirements
- Lead guest must be 21 or older.
- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation
- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.
- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)
Safety & Damages
- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.

Thanks, we really enjoyed the large home, plenty of room and space. Management responded quickly, and it was very private. I asked a question about the hot water, and they reply to me fast, water wasnt burning hot as my husband likes it, lol. But it was warm hot. Thanks, book this home, and hold on let be brang about the air-conditioning ceiling fans in the rooms, my my they we the greatest, we laid in the beds in amaze of how much air was coming off them, very cool. And TVs in every room and area of the home, at least 12.

Our stay at this property was overall good. There was plenty of room for my family. The house was also in a great location. The only issues was upon check in one of the upstairs bedroom had ants as well as in the bed. Also it seemed the A/C was programmed to cut off at certain times which made it a little unpleasant. We also didn’t have the option to heat the pool since it was during summer months but the weather was cloudy which made the pool cooler than preferred for the children to enjoy. Nonetheless I would recommend this home and enjoyed our stay.
