The home, inside the Windsor Cay community, is about 31 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests must climb stairs inside the home.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- All adult guests (18+) are required to register. Resort pass-sharing is not allowed.
- All guests wishing to access the Reef Club and resort amenities must present a copy of their reservation (showing their name and Windsor Cay address) and a valid photo ID at check-in.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 11 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- Please note that we are not responsible for the availability of community amenities. The resort manages any closures or maintenance.
- Florida law does not allow open food to be kept, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out.

We use hospital-grade cleaning products and pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops. Our linens and towels are washed and dried on high heat to kill bacteria or viruses. You can rest easy knowing that our home is a clean and safe environment for you and your loved ones.

It’s a self-check-in property using an electronic door code. Access codes will be provided before arrival.

Overall, we were very impressed with the property. The pictures do not do it justice. Plenty of room for everybody to spread out. Loved the pool and the lanai. There are only a couple detractors I can think of. While the appliances and everything in the kitchen were great, and there was more than enough dinnerware, glassware, stemware and silverware, the pots and pans were severely lacking, and very poor quality. No essentials such as potholders oven mitts, colander, a blender, etc.. The biggest detractor was the lack of air-conditioning. You’re not allowed to set the temperature below 72. Coming from New England where I keep my house at 64 year-round. It was way too stuffy. The two bedrooms with the twin beds and the bedroom with a double bunk do not have ceiling fans as the other rooms do and it made it way too hot. Way too uncomfortable to sleep. You wake up dripping in sweat and feeling gross and disgusting. We went to Walmart and bought desktop air conditioners that we ended up throwing away because we can’t take them on the plane homeThe other detractor is the fire alarm started going off for no reason. the keypad said fire alarm main 5 and was blaring profusely. We had no idea how to shut it off. I tried to call the customer service number several times and kept getting voicemail. We ultimately were able to figure out how to shut it off, but it’s clearly not monitored by first responders because no one showed up. Regardless, we would stay again.

Beautiful, spacious home with up to date appliances and furniture . Split bedrooms and bathrooms were great ! Entertainment room /garage was great for the kids … enjoyed the home and plan to rent again ! Only disappointing thing was under construction and not ready …

We had a wonderful stay with our team/coaches on a college spring break trip! The house was beautiful and more than enough room for our coaching staff. We have been doing this trip for 15 years now and this house exceeded our expectations. The beds alone were worth the stay! I wish the clubhouse was open...but we took advantage of the sister resort just down the road. We felt really safe with our team being in seperate homes with the gated community as well. Highly recommend!
