The property has ample parking for multiple vehicles, trailers, SXS's, jeeps & other adventure vehicles. Enjoy convenient bike/gear storage on property and cleaning stations to prep for your next adventure.

Having never been to Moab before, this property was an excellent jumping off spot for all of our exporations. The property was clean, comfortable, spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. Also, the property was very quiet. We could hardly tell that anyone else was staying in the building. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. We were also very pleased with the communication with Tyler. His very prompt responses were much appreciated.

We had difficulty receiving the code, but VRBO was terrific in assisting us. There are steep steps to the upstairs units. The accommodations are clean and comfortable.

Condo was nice but underfurnished for the price. No chest of drawer or table in the spare bedroom, no tissues, living room rug was a tripping hazard. Adequate , but not exceptional.
