Great convenient home on AMI! The home is very comfortable and very well equipped for a large group. Directly across the street from a beach access. The host reached out to make sure our accommodations were satisfactory and was available for any questions. I would definitely rent this home again.

We rented this beautiful home for spring break, and it was perfect for our two families with kids ages 15–17 (4 adults and 5 teens). The location couldn’t have been better with beach access right across the street and just a short bike ride to Pine Avenue.The home was stocked with all the beach gear you could need, from towels to a sun shade. The kids especially loved the pool and hot tub. Gina was a fantastic host. she was quick to respond and very helpful, though everything was so well set up we hardly needed a thing.We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything about the house was enjoyable . It was well stocked and organized. The pool area was amazing . We really enjoyed how close in proximity the house was to the beach .
