The check-out process was very simple and the host gave all of the information very concisely. The location was great and the actual resort had several great amenities.

Unfortunately the only kept up pools were the ones you had to pay extra for in the water park. All other pools and hot tubs were dirty and not ones I would go in. The A / B units had a door separating them and could hear everything from the other unit.
The unit I was in, the sliding glass door frame appeared as if it was pried away from the entire frame leaving a gap/opening. Notified security on two separate occasions and informed they would come check it out or have maintenance come which never occurred.
Manager was responsive to messages sent via VRBO .
