Location and an entertaining, affordable property with most of the perks & pools of a larger, more expensive place. I have been staying at this property for over 30 years and under various ownerships, but it maintains its charm.

Lobby was spacious, modern and beautiful.
Hotel could use a bit of TLC but for the price and the restore vibe I really can’t complain. I’d choose this property in a heartbeat over a cookie cutter chain limited service hotel. The pool, hot tubs and amenities makes this place stand out from others in this price point. Beware there is a parking fee of about $25 per night so take that into account when looking at the bottom line.

I liked the amenities. The pool area is great. Having Starbucks in the lobby was a plus. The breakfast buffet was great, and they also have breakfast à la carte for an extra charge. The beds were comfortable.
I stayed in room 4206. The room needs to be remodeled. Perhaps it's only the rooms in the back building, as the lobby and the buildings in the front look well-maintained. The toilet barely flushed. The sink wasn't draining fast enough, so water was accumulating. We had to use the stairs, as the elevator would have taken too long. I'm glad we were on the 2nd floor.
