The hotel gives resort vibes and the make you feel nice and comfortable.
The agent that check us in didn't seem to know much about the hotel and gave us some not that much accurate information that we found out later on the stay.

Outdoor amenities were great. And the hours the pool stayed open. The food/drink availability later in the evening.
The bathrooms weren’t the nicest. They were okay. But I expect superior results especially from the way the property looked. The shower curtain did t cover all the way, so the floor got wet every time someone showered. It was extremely annoying. Also, late checkout. There was no option for it. Instead of checking out at 10 we we’ve preferred noon, and was told no. We asked if there was fee and was told there is no late checkout, which is a bummer. (Most hotels allow it with no fee) we were willing to pay a small one and still told no! You don’t allow us to check in before 3pm and we have to checkout by 10am. IT IS NOT FAIR!! ROBBERY IS WHAT ITS CALLED, ROBBERY!!!
