Relaxing 3 bedroom/2 bath house in central canyon lake area. Close to the river, restaurants and steps from boat launch 7! The Comal public beach is also just minutes away or bring your boat and enjoy!
House is also close to Gruene Texas which has some really great shopping and dining!

Property is beautiful and clean. Perfect for a family of 4. Plenty of wildlife, the deer will even eat out of your hand! My only complaints are the walls are thin. The room you would have young children stay shares a wall with the master bedroom bathroom and is very thin; this caused some issues at bedtime. If the beds were swapped where the full/queen is currently, it would work much better for small children. Other than that, we loved the house. Its beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, kitchen stocked. I would definitely stay here again!
