The tennis and pickleball courts are being demolished now in preparation for the sub surface and surface work needed to re-build both courts later this year. THEY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR USE UNTIL SPRING OF 2027.

Everything was what we wanted and expected. very nice and clean. We had problems with one of the toilets but it was fixed very soon.

We had a great trip to Kure beach. The apartment was in a great location and really clean. They had a binder with helpful information in it and we were steps from the beach. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great except the elevator not working. I have problems doing stairs and was very upset when it didn't work. Almost canceled because of it.
